We assist tenure holders of exceptional mineral claims (lode claims) that have known gold or silver deposits on their properties but do not have the capital and/or expertise to advance their properties into production or its resources into delineated reserve categories. If a property meets our set of criteria, we will enter into a suitable option agreement to advance the project quickly. When advancing properties, we usually use NI 43-101 guidelines so any data generated can later be compiled into a full NI 43-101 technical report, if needed. Depending on the size and potential of a project we can position certain projects so they can become favorable targets for public exploration or mining companies, or vend into our own joint ventured projects.
